Come for a series of evening reflections on the Mass sponsored by St. Mary and Christ the King Church — Praying, Believing, Living, and Making Connections in the Liturgy. The series, titled “Lex Orandi, Lex Credendi, Lex Vivendi” means that what the Church prays, is what the Church believes, and what we believe guides the way we live. The prayers said at Mass reflect our beliefs as Catholics, and our beliefs are the way we live our daily lives as Catholics.
Fr. Larry Tensi and Ms. Karen Kane, two enjoyable, dynamic, and informative speakers will be the presenters. There will also be sessions at the same time for school-age children.
The Pope and bishops have continually reiterated that the Eucharist is the source and summit of the Church’s life. What better way to grow in our understanding of the great gift of the Eucharist than to attend these sessions.
